90-minute consultation in person or via video call

The client will receive and answer a detailed intake form before our meeting to optimize our time and discussion. During our consultation, we will discuss your answers together as I gain further understanding of your lifestyle choices through a non-judgmental conversation. From there, we’ll talk cooking, your preferred palette, what lights you up, and your desires and blocks when it comes to making a change. Suggestions will abound, and we’ll close out with action plans in place. Post-consultation, the client will receive a follow-up email that includes recipes and daily lifestyle recommendations discussed, as well as a starter grocery list. 

Follow-up appointments for returning clients

Starting to see positive changes in your mood, energy, and beyond, and wanting to keep it up? Have a question about a new wellness product you’re being sucked into trying, and want to know if you’re making the right choice? Should I take this herb or supplement? Am I sleeping enough? What about protein? All fair game here. A follow-up appointment is a touch base where we discuss your progress while weaving in any questions you’re eager to get clarity on.

Four, Six, and Eight-week programming

We meet once a week, either via video call or in person, to discuss progress, what’s working, and what might not be. After our initial consultation, a food and mood journal will be sent to the client to get a more in-depth understanding of their physical and mental well-being. We use that information in conjunction with your intake data to develop plans for sustained change. Our weekly calls will range anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your needs. Included in the long-term programming is access to contact me at any time via email or text, to pick my brain as much as you please. 

Group Work

Sometimes it’s just really tough to go at this sort of work alone. We are communal in our instincts and nature. Groups are a powerful way to promote solidarity and accountability while reconfiguring the body’s understanding of digestion and blood sugar regulation. I host private groups for 4-6 individuals who are connected and looking for a more cost-effective approach to four-week programming. Care is not as individualized and detailed as private packages offer. However, groups are intimate sounding boards that speak daily and receive weekly protocol updates as the program progresses.
